Sales tax on items shipped in Ohio only. 7% sales tax on those shipments.

Returns

Returns and exchanges form online purchases are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in good condition to be accepted. Items used in anyway will not be accepted. Please try boots on carpet. Boots with scuffs on bottom will not be accepted. If there is a defect in the product, Henderson’s will be happy to replace the product for you, within 60 days of purchase.

Please fill out the returns form and mail back to Henderson’s. If you do not have a returns form – Please include the name and address of the purchaser, list of items to be returned or exchanged and a description of what you want done with the return (i.e. exchange for size or color). Mail to:

Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges that may occur. You will be refunded in the same manner you purchased the item, unless otherwise noted. Please allow 3 credit card statements to reflect the return. Henderson’s will not accept COD deliveries.

About Us

Henderson’s is located in the rolling hills of Southern Ohio. Owners and founders, Jerry and Beverly Henderson, started a tack shop in 1969. You will find a vast selection of tack and apparel for you and your horse. Find such brands as Tex-Tan, Wintec, Simco, Longhorn, American, Western Star, Alamo, Partrade, Weaver and many more for the horse. Find Justin, Wrangler, Cinch, Cruel Girl, Resistol, Bailey, Dan Post, Double H, Acme, Nocona Belts, American West, Cowboy Up and more for the rider. They purchased land three miles away from the orignal farm. There, they built Henderson’s Arena. A complex that hosts horse shows, rodeos, clinics, motocross events and horse sales. Arena floor is 190*260 with 266 horse stalls accompanying the building. Exhibitiors from across the world have come to Henderson’s to compete.
